Greg Scott founded PHAND in 2002. His vast experience in audio/visual, home automation, systems design, network administration and IT, as well as his skilled management of people and projects, has built PHAND as a respected brand. Ever courteous but straight-talking, he enjoys jumping into new projects with all their challenges, making it work and seeing the best possible results for the customer. Greg takes the term “lifelong learning” to heart, continually upgrading his knowledge in all aspects of electronics knowledge and installation. These include certification by the CEDIA Home Technology Professional Association as a Professional Electronic Systems Technician (EST) II, and becoming a Crestron DigitalMedia Certified Technician and Canadian Security Association Alarm Technician, Level 1.
Tina Rose
Operations Manager
With many years of experience in office administration, customer service, graphic design and retail sales, Tina Rose is the trusted manager of day-to-day operations in the PHAND office. Customer service has always been at the heart of Tina’s work. She is a positive presence to all and enjoys working behind the scenes to help the PHAND crew stay organized and on track. Her commitment to quality work and her continual focus on taking care of her fellow staff members and customers is evident and appreciated.
DILLON JURIANSZ
Technician
We are pleased to have Dillon as part of the team providing top-notch services to our clients. His experience includes responsibility for video security, access control and network engineering. Dillon’s role at PHAND involves interacting with, and helping our residential and commercial clients. They value his extensive skills as a trouble-shooter, installer and programmer. His broad knowledge of A/V, networks and home automation equipment is a great asset to our clients. One of his greatest skills is the ability to listen and understand exactly what they need and also deliver it. When he gets involved with a project, he does so with great pride and dedication. In his spare time, he has become an Advanced Medical First Responder and volunteers with St. John Ambulance in Hamilton.
MIKE MARCONE
PROGRAMMER/INSTALLER
We were thrilled to have Mike join us at PHAND as he comes with a fantastic range of skills and experience. He is computer software engineer by training with a specialization in cabling and connector fabrication and networking, but he has over ten year of experience in system installations and trouble-shooting for homes and businesses requiring a high level of multimedia-AV sophistication. To round out his skill-set, Mike has also spent many years in sales – a critical piece with PHAND to be able to easily communicate and understand our clients’ needs. Mike also happens to be an audio engineer and owns a music school and analog recording studio.
